I have never had a positive experience at this post office. The staff are consistently rude and unhelpful, and the atmosphere is incredibly unwelcoming.
There are multiple posters saying things like “don’t be rude, we won’t tolerate it,” but it’s very clear that expectation does not go both ways. The passive aggressive signage throughout the branch is also unnecessary and unpleasant for customers.
As a disabled person, I genuinely dread having to come here because I regularly leave feeling stressed and with my symptoms exacerbated due to the way customers are treated.
This branch seriously needs to address its customer service and staff conduct. I would appreciate being contacted by an owner or manager via email to discuss these concerns properly and to understand what actions will be taken to improve the experience for customers going forward.

Painfully slow, really worth considering elsewhere for returns. Most the lady’s are friendly, one I think is well known for being rude
